Aerosphere is a proud member of Aero-Montreal Cluster of Aerospace company and an active member of the MACH initiative from Aero-Montreal. Our intend is to endlessly progress our performance and reach a world-class level of supply chain which is only equaled by your need to do business with such supplier. We regularly participate in conferences and seminars that keep us up to date with the new developments in the field of aerospace quality management and the Shot Peening field of activities.
Aerosphere has in place rigorous quality requirements to ensure that our suppliers align with our high standards of quality and performance when subcontracting work and with the aerospace industry requirements based on AS9100 and NADCAP standards. Our requirements are available on form AIP-032, which is distributed to our suppliers when approved by Aerosphere.
Our quality management system is certified by National Quality Assurance (NQA) to AS9100D / ISO 9001: 2015 while our surface treatment processes are certified to NADCAP AC7117C. We are also accredited by the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) for military related product.
